An enquiry, a WhatsApp click, and a confirmed booking are three different things.
This is an operating draft for the StudioKhoj enquiry model. Have it reviewed for the actual business before you rely on it.
Enquiry
The form and the WhatsApp draft ask StudioKhoj to look at studios, rates, and availability. Submitting them does not reserve a room.
Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after StudioKhoj shares the applicable rate and terms, you accept them, and the studio accepts the session. Staff then mark the enquiry as booking confirmed.
Preferred dates on the form are requests, not a calendar hold.
