Cancellation and refunds
Until a session is confirmed, there is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund on this website.
This is an operating draft for the StudioKhoj enquiry model. Have it reviewed for the actual business before you rely on it.
Before confirmation
You can stop an enquiry by telling StudioKhoj on WhatsApp or phone. The staff record can be marked cancelled or closed without a booking.
After confirmation
Cancellation terms depend on the studio and on any partner offer. Those terms should be stated when the rate is shared. If a profile has a cancellation note, that note is the published version.
StudioKhoj does not take online payments in this version, so refunds of card payments do not arise here. Any amount you later pay the studio or StudioKhoj directly follows the terms you accepted at confirmation.
