StudioKhoj collects only what it needs to answer a studio enquiry.
This is an operating draft for the StudioKhoj enquiry model. Have it reviewed for the actual business before you rely on it.
What is stored on the website
An enquiry record stores a reference number, city, studio if you chose one, service, date, time, duration, number of people, and the page you used. It does not store your name, phone number, or email.
Your name and phone are typed into the form so a WhatsApp draft can be prepared. They leave your device only when you send that WhatsApp message or place a call to +91 79865 77067.
Why
The reference lets staff match the chat you send to the session you asked about. Status updates track whether the enquiry was contacted, rated, confirmed, or closed.
Analytics events, if enabled, record page, city, category, and studio id. They are not meant to carry your phone number.
Staff access
The staff desk on this build is not behind a personal login. Do not put private customer notes into it. Turn on staff sign-in before storing names and phone numbers here.
